There is a 4-stage recruitment process for 100k Trainers:

2. Audition / Interview
3. Trainer Training event (1 day for Operations, 2 day residential for Leadership)
4. Final confirmation based on assessment during a ‘live’ event

You will be invoiced for the Trainer Training element if you are successful in being invited to the relevant trainer training event. During this event you will learn a lot, have some fun, gain new insights and at the end be assessed for your ability to deliver the 100k Welcomes programme with passion and effectiveness.

If you pass the assessment at the Trainer Training event  we will invoice you for the License cost.  On receipt of payment you will be awarded an annual License.  Then... it's action stations!
