What's in it for me?
In November 2006 we launched the Tourism Leadership Programme, designed to support 'leaders at all levels' and the Tourism Operations Programme, aimed at frontline staff.
What's involved?
We are interested in receiving applications from exceptional people developers, to deliver the 100k Leadership Programme, designed to support 'leaders at all levels' and the Operations Programme for frontline staff.
What can I earn?
That is up to you! Minimum prices will be published for the Tourism Development Programme, together with a range of promotional offers.
What's the market?
There are around 20,000 tourism and hospitality businesses in Scotland, with over 200,000 employees.
When do I pay?
There is a 4-stage recruitment process for 100k Trainers: Online application form, Audition/Interview, Trainer Training Event, Final confirmation based on assessment during a ‘live’ event.
