As a full academic partner of the UHI Millennium Institute, Argyll College comprises 11 learning centres spread across the mainland and islands of Argyll, offering a growing range of further and higher education provision and training to a widening geographical area.

It is estimated that around 9% of the workforce in Argyll is employed in the tourism industry and as the only locally-based further and higher education provider, Argyll College is ideally placed to deliver and provide access to a portfolio of tourism and hospitality training products.
Among the tourism sector courses already available through Argyll College are Elementary Food Hygiene (REHIS), Bed and Breakfast Operations, and HNC and HND Tourism.
