Marina has successfully run her own people development business since 1996. She is a fully qualified and experienced Hospitality Assured Coach having helped a wide range of over 40 businesses through the process throughout Scotland over the past seven years.
She has a track record of developing innovative learning and people development programmes and learning journeys in tourism for the past 10 years in the Highlands.
She is an accomplished trainer and facilitator and is passionate about supporting and enabling people to grow and develop their potential.
Marina is a founding Director of the tourism industry led group "Right Direction" whose vision is "For the Highlands to be renown for delivering and outstanding visitor experience. " She is a Director of the Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards and a Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce.
During her early career in Hospitality Managment she held senior managment positions at Aberdeen University and London University. She was also Senior Hospitlaity Operations Manager at National Westminster Bank Tower London for four years when it first opened. This combined experience provides her with a versatile array of skills and expertise. |
