As an experienced trainer I am passionate about Scotland and good service. As a Customer Service specialist I deliver hospitality courses to front line staff through the Andrew Carnegie Business School at Lauder College and was one of the initial trainers of Welcome Host. My role brings me in contact with hospitality and tourism businesses where the focus of quality training, centres on keeping tourism standards high. I enjoy communicating with people and believe training should be inspiring, interactive and fun.
