The setting of standards is only the beginning of the journey and it is through careful and consistent monitoring that they will be maintained and indeed enhanced.In the spirit of the One Hundred Thousand Welcomes Programmes, a structured Quality Assurance process has been implemented, to support, monitor and identify that the standards and overall philosophy of the programmes are maintained.
Part of my role within the programme is to monitor and collate evidence to that effect. Issues and feedback that relate to any part of the journey will be used to bring about positive changes.
