A fresh approach to skills development across the tourism sector has seen more than 1,900 industry players graduate from the 100k Welcomes programme in an attempt to boost customer care and leadership in Scotland's tourism sector.
The programme has a two-pronged approach comprising a Leadership Programme aimed at developing a quality service culture and an Operational Programme designed to enable staff to meet the needs of today's discerning tourist.
